Papaverecae

Known commonly for it’s association with WWII, as the national flower of Poland and mischevious agents of sleep and illusion, this exploration of the genus ‘papaver’ is more focused on the physical attributes of this famous flower. In this series, their delicately snaking stems, fluttering stamen and crumpled petals are enshrined in precious metals.
